ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΟΣ ΕΥΑΓ. ΣΙΑΜΠΑΝΟΠΟΥΛΟΣHe was born in Chromio of Kozani in 1923.

He received his first education in his village’s Primary School, he finished the 6-grades Boys’ Secondary School of Kozani in 1941 and he graduated from the Pedagogical Academy of Thessaloniki in 1944, where he received the Teacher's Degree.

As a teacher, he served for 17 years in Aiani of Kozani, 16 years in Kozani’s Primary Schools, the 7th and the 5th, while in the last two years of his 35-years’ service, he was a Deputy Inspector of Primary Schools in the Educational Region of Kozani..
